Canon – World of EOS Platform
Product Marketing Platform & CMS
For over 2 years, the World of EOS was a portal to a variety of independent photography competitions, resources and galleries for people of all skill levels. While the positioning and design of this portal was crucial, each of the subsites were involved and demanding products in their own right.
My Responsibilities
- • Led a team of 4 developers, 3 designers and 2 producers
- • Continual optimization & maintenance of all sites over the the 2 years
- • Ownership of all budgets and timelines
- • Creation and review of all reporting/analytics
- • Scope and technical document creation partnering with Canon Digital Services product team and engineers
- • Partnering with other Canon engineering partners for hosting and project requirements
- • All wireframe creation and IA work
- • Responsible for updating all internal stakeholders on progress and updates
